You can send bulk, segmented, or localized notifications (geofencing via GPS). An example of a bulk notification is an announcement about a change in opening hours or a new menu. Messages can also be sent if a customer approaches a certain point on the map (geofencing); for example, within 300 meters of the business to alert them. If the number of stamps changes, the notification is sent automatically, without further setup.

What app does a customer need to have a stamp card?

Digital stamp cards work without a special app. An Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which is part of most iOS and Android phones, is sufficient.

Do they work on both iPhone and Android?

Yes, the cards are compatible with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, so they cover virtually all modern phones.

What if a customer changes phones?

They can save the card again – no data is lost. If the customer has a synchronized account (Apple ID or Google Account), the card often transfers automatically. If synchronization is not enabled, they can always find it at the download link in the initial email, or resend it themselves using the form.

Can different types of rewards be set up?

Yes. Discount, free product, entry, bonus stamp, or special offer – everything can be customized to your business needs.

Is it possible to track data?

Yes. You can see how many cards are saved, how many stamps have been awarded, and how customers are using the program. If you have multiple branches, you can track their performance and utilization. You can use the data to optimize your offerings.
