The Kolektiv group, which includes the Karlínská HolKa restaurant, had been considering introducing its own loyalty program. They were looking for a simple and effective solution that would fit into the fast-paced lunchtime rhythm of the Karlín business district and encourage guests to visit more often. They chose the PassMachine digital stamp card as a pilot project.
A simple solution for the lunchtime rush
The goal was to find a tool that would not complicate operations while delivering measurable results. The program was set up so that the digital stamp card works on a 4+1 free principle: collect four stamps and get the fifth lunch free.

The main goal of the loyalty program was to increase the frequency of repeat visits, and this has been achieved.

Thanks to the successful pilot operation, the Kolektiv group decided to extend the digital stamp cards to four more establishments. Today, the program is operational in a total of five restaurants, three of which are in Prague and two in Uherské Hradiště.
Features used and future plans
Kolektiv uses the front of the cards for awarding stamps and the back for important information such as opening hours, contacts, or social media profiles. In the future, they plan to expand the benefits for customers and use the PassMachine card for direct communication with them. Guests have something to look forward to.
