Developing Features That Solve Real Challenges
Every platform update in 2025 was designed to bring clearer information, smoother operation, and a better customer experience. Improvements were based on direct feedback from clients who deal with daily operational needs not only in loyalty programs, but also from our long-term vision for the further development of digital cards.
At PassMachine, we emphasize security, customer convenience, and real results for businesses – increased customer loyalty, better insights into their behavior, and modern loyalty without plastic cards.
We Launched a New Product: Digital Stamp Cards
In May 2025, PassMachine introduced a new product – digital stamp cards. These were designed with an emphasis on simplicity and quick deployment. They enable businesses to easily enter a digital loyalty program, and offer customers a well-known stamp collection principle in a modern format for their mobile wallet.
Without the need to download new apps and without complex setup, a direct path is created from the first visit to receiving a reward. The product quickly found its place with clients across various markets.
Digital stamps are currently active in 4 countries, used by over 80 different establishments, with over 150,000 stamps issued and an 85% card saving success rate.
Beyond Retail: To Public Services
In 2025, we participated in the launch of the Skalica City Citizen Card (Enomka), our first digital card project for municipalities. In the town of Skalica, Slovakia, citizens can now receive discounts on admission, use city facilities, or get notifications about cultural events organized by the city by presenting their card.
In collaboration with our partners, this project demonstrated that digital cards can serve not only businesses but also cities and public services – opening up new possibilities for engaging citizens through modern and accessible digital tools and offering them easier service management and benefits.
Bank-Level Security
The security of the entire platform is designed at the highest possible level, corresponding to banking standards.
Additional security features were also implemented:
- Two-factor authentication, including device authorization, was implemented for the stamp application. This protects client programs from unauthorized access without unnecessarily complicating the card management process for operators.
- Access right controls have been expanded, allowing precise definition of what individual roles in the system can view and manage. This enables franchise managers, regional teams, and headquarters to work in the same environment and access only data relevant to their responsibilities.
With the increasing volume of customer data processed and the international scope of programs, security has become an even more crucial component of the platform – not as an obstacle, but as a foundation for trust and scalability.
Key Platform Improvements in 2025
Throughout 2025, the platform underwent several important improvements:
- Statistics and reporting were enhanced with clearer visualizations and flexible time ranges, allowing for quick trend identification and decision-making without the need for manual reports or external tools.
- Registration forms became more flexible and intelligent – supporting various card issuance scenarios, verification, consent collection, advanced field types, and immediate data utilization for communication segmentation.
- Platform administration was strengthened to better support growing teams and franchise structures. Clients can customize data views, organize templates into folders, and efficiently manage roles across branches and markets.
- Digital cards gained new features – native notifications, location-based messages (geofencing), and direct links to mobile applications. These elements help reach customers at the right time and increase the practical value of a stored card.
- To support international growth, a new email infrastructure was deployed, increasing deliverability and helping maintain quality contact databases as we expand into further regions.
Plans for 2026
PassMachine enters the new year with a clear goal: to continue delivering innovation, user-friendliness, and pushing the boundaries of what digital cards can do. Behind the scenes, major projects and new collaborations are underway, defining the next phase of PassMachine. Big new features are planned for 2026 that will bring a completely new dimension to digital cards.
